I scored 120 marks in jee main 2017 and 126 marks in Jee advanced 2017. I scored 212 in BITSAT. Can I drop??

You can take admission in private colleges through JEE Main. You have chances to get good colleges.

As per the above mentioned score, you have very less chances to get seat so you have two options with you either try for private state colleges or you can drop this year to make yourself well prepared for next year.
