I scored 138.5 Marks in JEE Mains 24 June Shift 1, and i belong to SC category, though in which NIT's i can get CSE, Do they offer tution fees waiver off to SC category Candidates? , And if any suggestion please let me know. That mean a lot to me...

MRC of God in JEE mains examination that is on 138.5 which is very commendable. In this marks you will get CSE branch in reputed NITs like NIT ,Tiruchirapalli,NIT Surathkal,NIT Warangal,NIT Durgapur,NIT Rourkela,Odisha. Other than this NITs you can get IIIts if you have option for that.
