I scored 149/200 in uttarpradesh stage 1 and i belong to OBC .BUT I HAVE NOT ATTACHED MY OBC CERTIFICATE WILL I QUALIFY.??

Attaching the caste certificate was mandatory while applying. you might be considered and called to submit the certificate if you qualify for the second stage.
The qualifying cut off of NTSE 2019 is 40% for general/OBC and 32% for SC/ST category students separately in MAT and SAT papers. Getting selected for the second stage of NTSE 2019 depends totally on the NTSE UP cut off 2019. This will be released along with the result. To check the last year cut off of NTSE UP, you can visit the link below but do keep in mind that the NTSE cut off 2019 is expected to show much change due to the change in the exam pattern.
