The admission can vary with respect to whether or not you are from the Delhi region . If you are an outside Delhi candidate, then it is impossible to grab a seat .

You can realise that a rank in 4 digits is apt for seeking admission to an ip institution.  Even with a quota i dont think you would get admission into any of these colleges unless you try via the management seats. All the best .
