I scored 166 marks in DULLM entrance test. I am from SC category. Will I get admitted?

However there are only 27 seats in DU for LLM, as per previous year's statistics, the round 2 cutoff for SC category was Rank 82 (Marks 123) according to which you have a good chance this year.
