I scored 180/200 in NTSE tamilnadu 2019 do I have chance of being state topper ?

According to the marks you have stated above,you have a very good chance of being the topper for Tamil Nadu.

I am saying this because generally the marks of the state toppers are around 130-140.So you having scored substantially more marks should be the topper comfortably.

When we look at the previous year results statistic indicates that on getting a score of  180 out of 200 in tamilnadu 2019 then there are 50-60% chances for you to top the exam in your state.

As the cut-off marks for qualifying stage be as follow:

General-100

SC-94

ST-90

Congrats for your very good score in Ntse exam. But we are sorry we can not tell you that you will top or not. But be happy to get such a high score. I hope you will get first rank in Tamilnadu. But dont forget all top ten are equivalent to first. They have same potential but they made few mistakes. Just give you best and hope for best.
