Try for the NITs preferably as it must be your prime options. First fill in the NIT of your home state under JOSAA counselling choice list during locking. You may or may not get CSE or ECE in NIT. But also fill up cse or IT in the various IIITs. With this rank you will most probably get a decent IIIT. If you are okay with IIIT, then go for it.
