I would like to inform you that 25% in CAT is low as per requirements to get into a good IIM college all over India.
However it's not something to get disheartened of course because their are still colleges accepting that score. You will also have a 40% weightage for 10th and 12th Boards so before considering any IIM's or other colleges also have a look at your boards which may create a hurdle for joining any B-School.

Hello Aspirant,
There are several management institutes in tier 3 & 4 strata which would grant you admission. But to be frank, it would not be worth spending your valuable time and money in pursuing MBA from such institutes. I would suggest you to start afresh and take CAT again along with other MBA entrance exams like XAT, CMAT, MAT etc.
