i scored 45 percentage in 10th. can i scored 80 percent in 12th exam?

see your 12th score has nothing to do with your 10th grade score .
if you work hard, study well and succeeds to complete the the full syllabus before the 2 month of the board exam, so enough revision and mock test performance then you surely get 80% score in 12th.
