According to the last year's cut-offs of government medical colleges in Uttarakhand you don't have much of chance of getting in. Last year's lowest cutoff in state was of Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Government Institute of Medical Science & Research, Garhwal. And the cut-off marks were 485.

Moreover this year the cut-off marks are expected to increase so you won't have much of a chance in government medical colleges. So I recommend you to apply in private medical colleges as with these marks you can easily get into a decent medical college.

The marks set by many government college is around 490+  for MBBS . you can always opt for BDS if you're wishing for government college then courses. Wishing you luck.
