You may not be eligible to get a seat in any of the govt. Clgs. Try to apply for pvt. Clgs and submit a request for reappear in cbse for improvement and bag a great rank in jee next year.
With 47k rank you may only get eastern NITs or sime of the IIITs and GFTIs. All the best.
