Your score is very low. But you can get admission in some government college like Delhi technological University as there are many branches in which you can get admission like PIE, PCT, biotechnology,ENE. You can try by filling choices at jac Delhi website. If you have ST category certificate than you can definitely get these branches. You should try to fill all the branches available in the choice filling.
