Every year cutoff trends vary based on the facts like previous year cutoff marks, number of students attended the exam, number of the students qualified and toughness of paper.
As you have not mentioned which category you belong to I'm assuming you're from general category. Please mention which domicile you belong to as you may be eligible to colleges through state quota.
The minimum marks required by a general category student to get into colleges by all India quota is more than 500. With your marks you have a good chance to get into the government colleges.
