Your overall class 12th percentage in not taken in account to check neet eligibility. Only your PCB percentage is only considered for checking neet eligibility so you are eligible if you have passed your class 12th board examination with at least a minimum of 50% marks taken together in PCB in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories . You should have also passed English in your 12th examination
