Hi there! This year's expected JEE Main cut-off marks for OBC candidates is >45. So, if it is so, you'll be able to participate in the counselling rounds. There are quite a lot of GFTIs where you may stand a chance for admission. Their cut-off marks shall be released only when the rounds start in June 2018. Here is the link to previous year's cut off marks for the GFTIs all over India and their opening and closing ranks. Your chances of admission will depend on if you're from the home state, i.e., you belong to the same state as the college and your preferences for the branch of engineering.
Please revert if you have any further queries.
Hope this was useful! All the best!
