I scored 61 marks in ECE GATE 2019 according to kreatyx key.I belong to general categ. Is there any chances of getting seat in iits or nits?

First of all Greetings to you.61 Marks in ECE department is Good enough to get an IIT.As category also matters it will change.

As you are from OC you will  get a good NIT but low chances of getting into IIT's.If luck favours you may get a IIT depending upon this year cut-off.
