I am really sorry to say this , but your chances of getting admission in a government college is quite less with 70 percentile in general category , but if you have some other category like schedule caste (SC) , schedule tribe(ST) , other backward classes (OBC) or physically weak and disable (PWD) then it might be possible .....but you can definitely go for some private college and also you still have one attempt to go ....so try your level hard to reach your dream college...
