Hello Krishna. The ranks and cutoff percentile cannot be exactly determined now because it will depend on the no. of students appearing for the April exam. NTA will release the Overall merit list after considering best of two attempts for candidates appearing twice and it will also take into account the no. of students appearing in the exam. But a percentile of 80 or above might be good according to me to get a good college.
But for now you can check your rank by the formula below.
Rank=(total number of students -(percentile*0.01*number of students))
Tot. no. of students- 9.75 lakhs.
