With 74.5% in Class 12 and SEBC female category, you and your friend may have a chance for BCA at Ravenshaw University, but it will depend on this year’s cutoff and counselling rounds. Previous Ravenshaw cutoffs for popular UG courses usually stay on the higher side, especially for General category, while reserved category cutoffs can go lower.

Since you both belong to SEBC category and are female candidates, your chances can improve in later rounds if seats remain vacant. Your score is slightly higher than your friend’s, so your chances may be comparatively better.

You should definitely apply through SAMS Odisha counselling.
