As you have a good percentile, and according to previous year cut off and expected cut off there is a chance for any government college, but as cut off score changes in every year and it depends on some of the factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category etc. I'll also suggest you to study hard for April attempt and score good percentile to get your dream college.
