There are various scholarships available like Ratan Tata Merit Scholarship and State Cum Central government Minority scholarship for technical education.
These are basic scholarships available at various engineering colleges.
Apart from that there are various others depending upon college tieups.
An amount of rs. 25000 is credited to meritorious students.
As per your score you have decent chances of availing such benefit.
