Unfortunately you can not apply for jee advance exam because the cut off for the general Category this year was 87+ percentile.
Hence you are not eligible to fill the form this year.
If you are fresher then try next year and try to score something around 98+ to at least secure a nit because this year you can't even get into any nits as well.
