i scored 88 % in jee mains but my pcm is 56.6%. I fall in ST category. Can i get a seat in NITs?

Till 2019, For admissions in NIT's, you must have a minimum of 75% aggregate in your class 12 that is pcm. But now, the recent information from the source says that admissions into IIT's are taken without considering the 12th score (Unofficial). This information is released from the popular newspaper but not official. As many boards of India are promoting all the 12th class students even if they fail, we can expect that they maynot consider 12th score for admissions into NIT's as well this academic year. We don't have official news yet.

As of now, 75% is the minimum aggregate you must score in Class 12 to get admission in any NIT College via JEE.

It will be updated in CAREERS360 Handles once we get any official information regarding this.

i hope you are doing well ,

to get admission in the any of the NITs , you are required to secure a minimum aggregate of 65 percent marks in your 12th grade as you are belonging to St category, if you are failing to satisfy that criteria then sorry to say but you are not eligible
