For admission in du there are two ways:
Merit basedAdmission through entrance
For merit base du merit cutoff start from 99 %

So you have chances that you can get a college not top but the lower ones.For exact figures you can check du previous year cutoff as i could not upload here previous year cutoff so you should check on du official website for exact figures.

Admission through entrance:

You have to appear for entrance,clear the exam and get admission.
