Hi Harsh,

Your rank would be-

2,90,000 * 0.77 = 2,23,300

With this rank, you can definitely not get a government college but you can apply for some private colleges which conduct their own entrance test like Symbiosis, Pune which conducts SET for admission in the B.Tech course.
