I scored CRL 1643 rant in Jee Advanced, I wants CSE branch, which is the best college to look into?

You have got a very good rank in jee advanced and will get car in the iits. You will get IIT Dhanbad(ISM) in the very first round of the josaa councelling. You will get kiya like mandi, bhilai,jammu,dharwad and many more.
But ism is better than the neelu established iits so you can go for it.
