Yes with a rank of 15k in UPSEE, you can get both Galgotias college and G L BAJAJ college.
However, you can sure shot get CS in G L BAJAJ but if you are an outside Uttar pradesh candidate, then you won't be able to get CS or IT there.
The best branch that you would be able to get there would be ECE.
But if you have a domicile of UP, then it won't be a problem for you as you would be able to get at least IT in Galgotias college.
