Hi Swetha, hopo you are doing well, yes you can surely attend for jee mains counselling. You have very good percentage in 12 class but you need to get good percentile in mains as well. With your percentile in mains you can not get good colleges of your desired stream. Don't get disappointed, just apply for counselling and try as much as you can.
