There are certain criteria to be eligible for Neet. Neet is the only entrance examination for admission to all Medical, Dental and Ayush courses in India and Abroad. As per the Neet eligibility criteria, the candidate must has passed 12th or equivalent from a recognized board with English and Physics, Chemistry annd Biology or Biotechnology (have to pass in both the theory and practical examination) with at least 50% (for general category) marks in aggregate of PCB (Includes both theory and practical score) and this is 40% for OBC, SC and ST candidates and 45% marks for PwD candidates. So, if you meet the above mentioned percentage criteria in PCB then you are eligible for Neet examination. To be eligible for Neet, your English marks will not be entertained. You just need to pass English as a core subject in 12th or equivalent.

Hello,
When it comes to calculating the aggregate only PCB(inclusive of its theory and practical matters), apart from this candidates are need to pass PCBE as core subjects, hence if your belong to general category and have 50% aggregate in PCB, you can appear for NEET, in case of reserved category there's relaxation of 5%.
