With 105 marks in NEET , your expected rank is around 10–11 lakh , and you won’t qualify (OBC cutoff in 2024 was 137 ).
But with 93.5% in PCB in PU boards , you can apply for:

B.Sc. Nursing (AIIMS, PGIMER, etc.)

BPT, BMLT, B.Pharm, B.Sc. Biotech in good colleges
To get MBBS/BDS, consider dropping and reattempting NEET next year.
