As you are a obc ncl student, there are high chances of you to get civil dept. Last year the cutoff for obc in mbm jodhpur college was around 70 marks so this year you can get civil easily.
But the cutoffs vary year to year.

According to previous years cutoff for civil mbm college is around 140 marks for general, but luckily you are from obc and definitely, it will help you.
