I secured 15800 rank ,can I get IIT college

Getting into IITs requires a rank of around 8000 in JEE Advanced if you belong to a General category. Because, as far as admissions of 2017 are concerned last rank get into IIT was around 8000, for general category.
For general category candidates hopes a still alive as they can get various government colleges like NIT, IITs and state government colleges as admissions of these institutions are independent of your JEE Advanced score, they only consider JEE mains rank for admissions.
