I secured 253 category rank sc in jipmer but my name was not mentioned in list so how i can apply for it! Is they released other list also!

No, you cannot attend first round of counselling in JIPMER 2019 as only candidates falling between 1 - 200 ranks for SC are only eligibe for the 1st round. However, you have to wait for the next notice for the 2nd round of counselling.
And no to the other list release till now.
