i secured 30k general rank in UPSEE, can i get any government college if not then which colleges i can get with this rank ?

i have applied for .......jee mains......kiitee....vitee..comed k.....this is ujjwal singh ......and i got 15052 rank in kitee .....and 17003 rank in vit....and i am pridicting my rank in uptu should be 30000....as i got 204 marks in uptu.....

My UPSEE ranks are 13182 (general) and 2285(girls quota). What college can I expect to get? Can I get any government college as well?
