i secured 44841 rank in NEET PG 2019 and i want to opt for clinical stream is it possible to get in Telangana province.Please suggest.

According to your rank, chances are less of admission to Government colleges in Telangana through All India Counselling. However, you have chances of admission to other colleges such as Guntur Medical College, Seth GS Medical College.
