Well, It is quite difficult to predict the exact college or branch you will be getting. You also didn't mention the category to which you belong so I'll answer related to General Category.

Since you scored 97.8 percentile in JEE Mains January Session your rank will be around 20000-22000. It is actually a very good rank and with this rank you can easily get into core branches of Top NITs like NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal etc. You can get almost every branch in IIITs and other lower NITs. You can also get DTU, NSUT etc.
