i secured the 44%ile in jee mains and alomost get 80% in the board can i get these college ?

Congrats on scoring a good one in your board examination. I would recommend to get admission in colleges through your Board percentage and if you want to consider Jee score you may fill application forms for different colleges accepting Jee score.
