Hey,
To be very honest this is something you need to get corrected from your admission block of the college.
They can help you with your subject change as these things can't be corrected by any other means.
They will help you with a proper form or something like that which you need to fill in order to changes your subject.
So , I will suggest you to contact your admission department for this.
