.i self vikas. my ews rank is 22000. should i get any seat in any nit or iit?

Since, you have mentioned your rank so I'm assuming this would be your JEE mains rank.
With 22k EWS rank
1. You cannot expect an IIT because IIT's admit undergrad from an eniterly seperate paper which in named JEE advanced.
2. With 22k EWS in JEE mains, you can an admissition in an average NIT.
Your 22k rank would be equivalent to 35k CRL.
So, with this rank and category
You can expect
1. NIT Patna
2. NIT Jamshedpur
3. NIT Agartala
or similar low ranking NIT's and that too their least preferred branches.
I would recommend you to perform well in your counseling and be ready to go to the last stage of it ie the spot round. Up side downs do take place in counseling.
