Based on information provded by you the chances of you to get admission in medical colleges is very less as competition is cut throat. I would recommend you to take other state exams by which you can get admission in other degree courses of your choice (if you are not sure about medicine).

If you really want to pursue medicine I would suggest you to give yourself one more year , work hard and grab your seat.
