There will be no common counselling for NATA. Institutes which accept the NATA score are more than 400 in number and they will individually conduct the counselling for all candidates who will apply to them for the B.Arch courses. Also, the admission criteria, cut off and scholarship scheme also varies college to college but as per your score you have decent chances to get seat in good college.
