Dear aspirant, you will be considered as a local student because certificates of 10th and 12 th are mainly considered and both the classes you have done from India so you will be considered as an Indian student only for IIT.

If you have Indian citizenship card or an identity proving it then you are not surely gonna be considered as a NRI person the identity of proof will be like your own home address where you studied d10th 11th 12th grades etc.If all of these belongs to India then you are not considered to be NRI.
