I studied till 10 in Delhi and 11-12 class in chennai..am I eligible for tamilnadu medical state quota??

Yes student according to source you get the quota for admission in college for the state from which you did your +2.No matter If you studied in delhi till 10th, as you mentioned you did your 12th from Chennai so yes you're eligible for Tamil nadu medical quota.
