I submited my image with red background also my complete face is visible, will it be accepted ?, application name is CUET (UG) 2022 .

See for CUET its asked to provide images with white background or light color background with face properly visible. Now you have red which is a bright color. Now as you have uploaded it, then wait for some time, if its get approved then its ok. Else you will have to change the image (the options will be made available by NTA). I would recommend you to keep a light color background or white background image, so that if its asked you can provide at your earliest.
