I submitted the photo without my name and date in jipmer form, will it get rejected ?

Hi Shreya,
As per the rules given for JIPMER 2018, name and date must be written on the photograpgh of candidate. And there is no facility of corrections for application form. There will not create any problem. But you should contact once so that it will not create any problem.
