I take neet exam when I am studying 1st year of D-pharmacy?

Yes , you can write neet examination even if you are in the first year of your D pharma , provided you must have passed in Physics,
Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually in your 12th board examination and must have got  a minimum of
50% marks taken together in PCB if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate required  in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category.
But if you fail  to fulfil this criteria then you are not eligible for writing neet examination
