I took admision in b.tech due to a reason i left the college and taken new admision in new college next year is this will effect my carier ?

According to me
There is no any effect your carrier only one thing you have put more concentration on this year because one year you left the college you forgot everything that's why you have put more concentration

You have to take out your certificates from that college
Automatically your name will be remove from that college
Automatically your name will be remove from that college
In some colleges they collect 4 yrs fees then they will give your documents once you check in that way
If I withdraw same document from school and leave that which I submitted in college ...how is it?
I think original documents they will not give again and again if any chance try it

No its not gonna affect your carrier but it might happen that during a interview they might ask you why is there a time gap of 1 year in your studies so in that case you should be ready with a strong valid reason.Also my advise would be that you should forgot about your past and start concentrating on building your carrier.
