HI, You have taken BIO and you have interest in IT as well. You have also achieved a good percentage in C++ entrance.
So keeping the above interest in mind, yes you can even study computers/IT.
You can apply for the same externally and study for the same.
But one thing you will have make sure that if you can balance both, then only go ahead.
