In that case you have to rely on state government colleges of BIHAR as well as GFTIs in CSAB. The cutoff falls drastically in special rounds conducted by CSAB so you may get any GFTI. If still you are not getting seat in government college then I'll suggest you to look for local counselling in GFTIs. For that do checl the website of GFTIs, you may get a seat in local counselling.
