Hey Sandeep.

It is compulsory for you to upload a passport size photograph with your name and the date on which the photograph is taken according to NTA guidelines provided for NEET application.

If you don not follow these guidelines your application is bound to get rejected. But not to worry you can always re-upload the correct photograph or make changes from January 15, 2020.
